FRONT AXLE TETHER RULE UPDATE
As of August 1st, front axle tethers are required for the AMSOIL USAC National, AMSOIL USAC/CRA, USAC West Coast, and Sands Chevrolet USAC SouthWest Sprint Car Series. The tether systems are mandatory for all cars and includes: (2) attached to the chassis and (1) king pin to king pin.

AUSTIN LIGGETT LEADS USAC WEST COAST SPRINTS TO SANTA MARIA “CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT”
OCTOBER 3, 2018... After a break in the schedule, the USAC West Coast Sprint Cars will return to Santa Maria Raceway this Saturday, October 6th. Promoted by Nick Duggan, the “Championship Night” is co-sanctioned with the Santa Maria 360 Sprints and will also feature the Light Up The World USAC Western States Midgets presented by CBD Living Water, Sport Mods, Hobby Stocks, American Stocks, NMRA TQ Midgets, and Mini Dwarfs. Located in Nipomo, California, the front gates at "The West's Best Short Track" will open at 4:00pm and racing will begin at 5:30pm. USAC VS. VRA “BATTLE AT THE BEACH #3” AT VENTURA
AUGUST 22, 2018... With two point races left on the schedule, the USAC West Coast Sprint Cars are back in action this Saturday, August 25th, at Ventura Raceway. Promoted by Jim Naylor, the “Automotive Racing Products (ARP) Battle at the Beach Race #3” is the third of five appearances at Ventura and the final tune-up for November’s “Turkey Night Grand Prix.” Co-sanctioned with the VRA 360 Sprint Cars, the action packed card will also showcase VRA Senior Sprint Cars, Dwarf Cars, IMCA Modifieds, Hobby Stocks, and the NMRA TQ Midgets.
